Points cannot be cashed out, transferred, or combined with other promotions. Cancelled, refunded, unpaid and third-party marketplace stays do not automatically qualify. Point corrections and redeemed discounts are recorded in your member history.

Do I need a reservation to join?
No. Create a free My Stays account now. Points only accrue from qualifying stays after the program is activated.
Will Airbnb or Vrbo stays earn points?
Not automatically. The initial program only recognizes paid and completed direct bookings recorded in the 115 Schiller guest system.
Can I use points during online checkout?
Not automatically. When enabled, you can request a discount in My Stays. The owner must confirm it on your final direct-booking quote before points are deducted.
Can I combine points with a promotional code?
No, the proposed program does not allow stacking. Final rates and taxes are always confirmed by the booking provider.
Who manages rewards?
The 115 Schiller property host manages earning, adjustments and discount approvals through a private owner console.
