THE PERSON BEHIND THE PLACE

Hospitality is more
than handing over a key.

Andrew hosts Hayden’s Hideout and The Good Life, two independently accessed apartments in downtown Guttenberg. His role is to help guests feel informed before they arrive, comfortable getting settled, and supported if something needs attention.

That personal approach shows up in the guest feedback: people mention Andrew’s communication, thoughtful help, and suggestions for enjoying the area. Good hosting is attentive without being intrusive—it leaves room for guests to make the visit their own.

Andrew was a top-notch host. He was super generous and made sure everything was in good shape which it was. Super nice guy and the price is great. Brought a boat and I was able to charge my batteries each night. Will definitely book his place again next time I stay in the area.

This place was just as described and just what we were looking for. Andrew was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area and offered suggestions that were useful. We are occasionally in the area and this will be our top pick going forward.
